JOSEPH NORDLINGER, CHAIRMAN
Joseph Nordlinger, Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of New Leaf America, brings a decade of experience in strategic sales, workforce mobilization and management to New Leaf. Joseph is the Founder and CEO of The Ascent Services Group, a $60M company providing HR and payroll services to Technology professionals for many of the Fortune 500. Joseph’s experience in human capital along with a platform for deploying these resources is critical to successfully driving an unprecedented effort to train and deploy thousands of home performance and efficiency field service technicians and to enable the rapid change required to reinforce the values of American homes while making dramatic improvements to reductions in carbon emissions. Joseph holds his Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economics from the University of California at San Diego.CHRIS PRELITZ, CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER
Chris Prelitz, Chief Sustainability Officer for New Leaf America, has been passionately involved with high performance green building and sustainability for over 25 years. His depth of experience spans from an off-grid solar community in Taos, New Mexico, to the first permitted solar powered residence in Southern California and the first ever solar powered, LEED certified auto dealership in the United States. Chris has successfully renovated and remodeled hundreds of homes and buildings for maximum energy efficiency. One of his recent ‘green flips’ was featured on the premier episode of Greenovate on the Discovery Channel. Chris is the author of Green Made Easy, which was published by Hay House in April 2009. He also hosts an Internet podcast on energy efficiency and is a frequent public speaker about sustainable building and other aspects of energy efficiency.THERESA CORDOVA, DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
Theresa Cordova, Director of Training, has been committed to sustainability for over 20 years, Theresa started in the solar business in the 1970’s. When the early solar incentives died, she was drafted by McDonald’s Corporation where she rose to head of training for Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada. Theresa has been a guest lecturer on numerous occasions with The Hispanic Leadership Conference and the Hispanic Business Student Association at Arizona State University. Theresa is also a passionate supporter of finding ways to meet the needs of those less privileged. Among her areas of focus at New Leaf, Theresa will create training and educational programs designed to bring energy efficiency benefits to lower income households and seniors.J BRAD BRITTON, SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT
J Brad Britton is a legendary sales executive and best selling author who has been in direct sales for over 20 years. He is responsible for hundreds of millions in business revenue and has personally trained and developed thousands of leaders in sales and management. While with CUTCO, an innovator and leader in direct selling, J Brad and his sales organizations earned seven national championships and he is a member of the company’s Hall of Fame. Since 2003, he has consulted to individuals and companies in the direct sales industry and also built two profitable independent distributorships.
